Sir, in my ecg report that is given, interpretation suspected left ventricle hypertrophy t wave near baseline (lateral, anterior) r/s inversion area between v1and v2 probably abnormal ecg sir what did you understand is there any cause of fear?

You probably should have an echocardiogram if you are having symptoms to see about the left ventricle hypertrophy and find out how well your heart is functioning. If you have high blood pressure, it is important to keep it under control. The EKG should be interpreted by the doctor who ordered it since they know you best. Good luck to you!
