A member asked:

I have abnormal septal motion in left ventricle, ef 60-65% and normal valves. however i previously had an ecg with poor r wave progression. causes?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Call Cardiologist: Septal wall motion abnormalities in a 19 year old typically speak to a congenital abnormality, not usually ischemic heart disease. You must be seeing a Cardiologist as it would be atypical that you have been told you have SWMA and PRWP. These questions are best answered by the professional that ordered and read your echocardiogram. If you have not seen a Cardiologist, please go see one right away
