Today i visited my doctor, and i do ecg and the report showed that , suspected left ventr . hypertrophy negative t-wave (anterior) r/s inversion area between v1 and v2 probably abnormal ecg?

The EKG diagnosis of left ventricular hypertrophy is made when abnormally tall R waves are present in leads 1,AVL,V5&V6. Associated ST-T wave abnormalities are often present. R/S inversion is not typically seen with isolated left ventricular hypertrophy.but can be seen in right ventricular hypertrophy or right ventricular conduction delay.
