AN EKG is an electrical shadow of the heart. It is not the entire picture. Ask your doctor who can see the entire picture of your heath

Your question is somewhat difficult to answer. QRS voltage in the precordial is influenced by body build, thin chest wall etc.However it may be seen as a reflection of biventricular hyper trophy. Hence the plea not to use one observation alone as a basis for diagnosis. Ancillary data such as ECG should be used in conjunction with clinical findings.

Yes, by 12 lead EKG you do not need a T wave inversion to indicate left ventricle hypertrophy.
