Your question is somewhat difficult to answer. QRS voltage in the precordial is influenced by body build, thin chest wall etc.However it may be seen as a reflection of biventricular hyper trophy. Hence the plea not to use one observation alone as a basis for diagnosis. Ancillary data such as ECG should be used in conjunction with clinical findings.
