This is a wear and tear degenerative process, and you describe degenerative disc disease at 3 levels. Management depends upon symptoms, which are not described. Generic approaches may involve physical therapy and McKenzie Back Exercises. Some patients do well by swimming. On occasion back injections may stabilize for a time.
