Spondylosis: Is loss of vertical height due to disk degeneration. Retrolisthesis means backward slippage of one vertebra over another. If it's mild it shouldn't cause many symptoms but this should encourage you to strengthen your core muscles and keep them strong because this problem gets worse as you age and you want your muscles to do all the work not the joints or disks of your spine.
