Possibly. See a podiatrist who can examine you, take a radiograph, and provide you with a proper diagnosis and appropriate care.

At a minimum an ankle sprain in above circumstances. Seeing your doc would be best in making sure no fracture, decision for X-ray will be made in exam, get a good recovery plan.
