Cold hands warm core: Having cold hands and feet, even when not in the cold, is actually not all that rare and has to do with how the body regulates it's temperature. It becomes a cause for concern when they are staying cold for longer periods of time or start to exhibit color changes. There is a whole list of conditions that can be linked to this problem. Seeing a Healthtap doctor is a great way to find an answer.
