If there was dried blood on the floor and i put my feet(with socks) on it and then wore shoes with the same socks. part of my leg, got exposed to the inside of the shoe, where i got a small wound. can i get hiv, hep or other viruses in this scenario?

HIV or Hep B/C cannot be transmitted in above presented scenario, check cdc.gov for reliable information on HIV/ Hep B and/or C transmission. Skin or soft tissue infections remain possible and watching the wound until healed is recommended.
