I went to a nail salon and during the cuticle cutting procedure, the technician cut my skin through the scissor like tool and blood started to ooze out. i dont think they sterilised the utensils. am i at risk of catching hiv? do i need testing ?

The nail salon likely has 1 use instruments if they don’t sterilize them. The chances of getting HIV in the manner described is very low.
