HIV transmission: HIV is not spread easily. Certain body fluids from a person with HIV can transmit it: Blood, Semen (cum)/Pre-seminal fluid, Rectal fluids, Vaginal fluids, Breast milk. These body fluids must come into contact with mucous membranes (found inside rectum, vagina, penis, mouth) or damaged tissue or be directly injected into bloodstream (by needle/syringe) for transmission to occur.
