Got my nails done and they cut my finger twice with cuticle scissors and they bled. they grabbed tools off the counter so wasnt sure if they were clean. too shy and nervous to ask. what are my chances of getting hiv/hep from dirty tools?

HIV infection unlikely as it requires exchange of bodily fluids that contain the live virus which would be extremely rare. Keep the cuts clean and dry and apply antibacterial ointment as directed to combat bacterial infection whic, if it develops, would be manifested by spreading redness & tenderness and/or actual draining.of pus. See MD as needed.
