Hi doctor, i am concerned. the nail technician used the cuticle scissors and cut my cuticles too deep, and i bled. im not sure if they follow proper sanitation procedures. am i at risk of contracting hiv? or any other diseases?

Nobody has ever caught HIV from wounds during cosmetic procedures, and probably no other blood borne infections either. Don't worry about it!
