Swollen cervical lymph nodes, right side of neck for over 5 months. ultrasound results, non-pathological and now having ct scan done. bloodwork over last 2 years has showed elevated platelets, rdw, wbc - abs lymphocytes. should i be concerned?

No. You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor. Wish you good health!
