My child's bloodwork came back with 600,000 platelets, amylase 133,000 wbc 13,200 crp 4.7 and monocytes high. lymph nodes in neck dr said all is good and sent me home. low iron as well ?

Hmm..not so good!: Hi FilizD The amylase number doesn't quite make sense, but the rest could be infection or some other process, definitely abnormal. Depends a lot on age of your child, and of course on physical exam and your history. I'd look for a second opinion if your child is sick. Good luck!!
