I consider those of normal size (not swollen) and they are usually easily found in the neck. Unless there were other history or findings that suggest a problem I would ignore them. You don't try to fix normal.

You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor. Wish you good health!

The previous physician's points are well taken, However, for peace of mind have a general surgeon examine your neck to determine whether these feel like old burnt out viral infections or whether a biopsy would be worthwhile.
