Had covid in march. feels like i have heart/breathing issues now when i lay down flat but did an echo last month and cardiologist said heart was fine. can it still be heart if nothing showed? 34/male?

Chest evaluation: There may be structural changes to the airway and bronchospasm. A chest x-ray, six minute walk test and pulmonary function testing are advised . Post COVID follow up recommended.

I have a hard time inhaling air while walking. Gets me lightheaded a bit. When i stop its fine. Had covid in march. Never had breathing issues then. Just checked heart by echo and all is fine. Do have pressure in left arm at times though. Bayer helps?
