Seen in er for 2nd episode in 2 weeks of palpitations,hazy vision,intense head pressure.bp 158/80 (very high for me) .hr. 70s.ekg abnormal because nonspecific st abnormality but normal rhythm. what does that mean and should i follow up on it?
