Had 2 ekgs a couple of days ago, but when i get up to walk outside, my heart starts palpitations and heart rate jumps to 160. ekgs good, blood pressures spikes high, but goes back to normal when sitting down. don't want to move, or know what to do?

You should see a cardiologist or a nephrologist. Normal EKG at rest does not rule out certain diseases which manifest with the symptoms you described.

Do these symptoms only occur when you get up& go outside but don't occur when you walk about indoors? If so, you may be dealing with a form of agoraphobia or fear of the outdoors with a panic type of reaction. If this doesn't pertains to you, a workup starts with outpatient heart monitoring, treadmill stress testing, urine studies to check for certain breakdown products of catecholamine hormones
