Check with your doc: How is your diet and appetite? Veetids (penicillin vk) may cause upset stomach and if you haven't been eating well, this could cause lightheadedness and palpitations especially if by drinking you mean alcohol. If you feel your pulse and the pattern is not regular (like tick-tock of a clock), go to the ER as alcohol can cause an irregular heart rhythm.
