You should see a cardiologist and have a Holter monitor placed. This is a heart monitor and it will be able to record any arrhythmias you might be having at the time you are having these symptoms. An EKG will only record the problem if you are having the rhythm disturbance at the time the EKG is done so it does not rule out a rhythm issue. So, see a cardiologist for follow-up. Good luck!
