For a while i thought my neuropathy might jave been due to diabetes. but tests cams up normal on that. finally a year later, b12 was tested and found to be low. is it too late to reverse b12 deficiency neuropathy 1 year after the first symptoms?

It is likely to be reversible. However, if you have B12 deficiency you may have other nutritional deficiencies as well and it would be prudent to consult a doctor for in-person evaluation.

Peripheral neuropathy from vitamin B 12 deficiency can be reversible, but the improvement is extremely slow, sometimes taking up to 6 to 12 months. If the neuropathy has been present for a long time, sometimes it may be completely reversible. Good luck.

Based on your post, your peripheral neuropathy seems most likely due to B-12 deficiency, and the best approach is to inject Vit B-12 once monthly and be patient, as improvement may take 4-6 months.
