Cannot treat: Cannot treat neuropathy without knowing the cause, can manage the symptoms otherwise.

Idiopathic PN: Not all causes of neuropathy are found. A large number of cases has no apparent cause. Some of these may improve. They are not normally cause for concern. You can't cure idiopathic neuropathy, but if there are pain symptoms, these can be treated.
