Need full workup: There are many diverse symptoms that you are reporting and an episode of an illness that makes you bed bound, should be under the care of a doctor. Anxiety: I understand your concern for uncomfortable symptoms It is likely the Cause of Vitamin B12 deficiency was not investigated and treated such as Atrophic gastritis, Pernicious anemia, Crohn's disease, Celiac disease, Heavy drinking, Graves' disease or Lupus.
