B12 deficiency: At least, B12 deficiency is known to cause neuropathy, both sensory and motor neuropathy, even before anemia develops. Get a B12 trial.

B12 deficiency: Vtiamin B12 deficiency causes neuropathy. This may be the main cause in your case. Hypothyroidism sometimes influences nerve health. When these conditions are treated, see if your nerves recover.

B12 deficiency: Our body needs vitamin B12 to make red blood cells, nerves, DNA, & carry out other functions. Conditions that interfere with nutrient absorption, such celiac or Crohn’s disease, can cause B12 issues incldg neuropathy. Some Rx heartburn drugs reduce acid production in the stomach (acid is needed to absorb vitamin B12). B12 deficiency may be associated with hypothyroidism. See your internist
