Is to possible to have peripheral neuropathy without any comorbidities ? no diabetes, no thyroid issues, no vitamins deficiency nor any heavy metal poisoning. what can be the other reasons to have neuropathy if these does not fulfill the criteria?

Sure. Many, many. Syphilis, HIV, degenerative neuropathy, multiple sclerosis, polymyositis, etc. etc. if real and persistent you need an evaluation by a Neurologist.
