Depends: This depends on the severity and length of time you have had the deficiency. If it was caught and corrected very early, then yes, it should improve. The longer you have the deficiency and the more damage done, the less likely it will improve. Nerves grow extremely slow and the repair can occur over such a long time you barely notice it happening.
