4 weeks ago i was cleaning or, there was a few drops of dried blood that i wiped off with a water/bleach rag. some of the water dripped off the corner of the rag into my eye. whats the chances of hiv? i took an otc oral hiv test. which was negative?

HIV cannot be transmitted through above mentioned mechanism unless fresh contaminated blood on it, the virus does not live on inanimate surfaces or in the air. There is still a risk for transmission for other germs and an eye infection remains possible.
