Unlikely: For there to be any risk, blood would have to have HIV or hepatitis virus in it. The process of drying would inactivate some of the virus. If you wore gloves while cleaning, the risk would be near zero. If you scratched you hand while cleaning and the blood had virus in it, there would be some but low risk. It is not feasible to give a more exact answer.
