I'm a 46 year old male and i'm going into my 11th year of chirosis of the liver an hour ago my blood pressure was 194 over 96 and now it's 98 over 59 why is it fluctuating so drastically?

Impossible to know without detailed information about your hepatic function and presence or absence of various complications of cirrhosis. Only your own doctor can properly answer this. If you have low BP symptoms when it droops to low levels (light-headed, dizzy, sweaty, rapid pulse, vomiting blood, black stools) contact your doctor immediately or go to ER or urgent care.
