I was diagnosed with fatty liver 5-10 years ago, recent blood work shows ast to be 16 and alt is 50. i was taking advil regularly before the test and have anxiety also have gallstones, currently having on and off pain around there. is it cirrhosis?

The information you provided is not diagnostic of cirrhosis and it is highly unlikely that you have cirrhosis. All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests.
