It all depends on the degree and progression, any symptoms and co-morbidities eg Diabetes. So your surgeon will be the best person to treat you. From your description it does not seem to be very dangerous- and treat able. Hope you do well

I have mild left loculated pleural effusion detected in Chest USG, But in chest CT it is revealed that pleural thickening and no other abnormalities found . Please suggest which one is more accurate? In either case is there something tht I shd worry?
