Having pain between my shoulder blades. interpreting cardiologist for my nuclear stress test detected apical thinning, resting ef rate 74% and stress ef 69%. nothing else. could the test have missed an artery blockage? should i still be concerned?

It is not feasible to do better, in this forum, than the doctor who examined you. It is your prerogative to get a second opinion from another cardiologist if you have any concerns. Wish you good health!

Definitely time to expand differential diagnosis. The location for your pain is not typical of cardiac origin and further work up should continue by considering other possible causes, musculoskeletal, including spine notorious of being at the origin of such symptoms.
