It is good that you are having an evaluation by a cardiologist. Once the stress echo is done, there will be more information to determine if this is serious or not. This will determine if there is normal blood flow to your heart when you are exercising. So, get the test done and the cardiologist will be able to diagnose the problem, if there is one, and recommend treatment, if needed. Good luck!

What is your usual resting BP& heart rate and how high did they go during exercise? A BP of 200/90 is commonly seen at peak exercise in fit people. It's concerning if BP doesn't rise much during a treadmill stress test. This raises concerns of weak left ventricle, valvular or heart rhythm abnormalities. Normal resting echo rules out LV & valvular pathology though. Have a complete checkup& labs.
