If symptoms of breathlessness lightheadedness and neck pain have been there on and off for months and cardiologist from tests says heart is fine is it possible symptoms can be from partially blocked arteries or would that have shown on stress echo?

Skeptical : Cardiac testing in my experience is uncannily accurate in most cases and doubt your issues are vascular. Suggest looking closely for structural neck changes. Assume pulmonary fnctn studies OK??
