Heart...: Cardiac ct is anatomic imaging. Nuclear stress is more functional imaging. Without seeing your ct it is hard to say but if there was a calcified plaque in the coronary, a blooming artifact is possible. If nuclear stress was normal, that's great. You may still have coronary disease which is not hemodynamically significant. You are young for significant heart disease. Discuss with your doctor.
