Do you have enlarged lymph nodes elsewhere? Antibiotics won't treat the lymph nodes or a viral infection but only a bacterial infection such as a strep throat documented by a culture. Did you have a cbc&diff and a test for infectious mononucleosis? If not,do so to look for mono or serious blood dyscrasia. You need appropriate followup by your physician or, preferably a specialist in internal medic

No. You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor. Wish you good health!
