I've been texting positive for active ebv for a month now, finally just went away. i had a ct that count cervical, axillary and mesenteric nodes. doctor says not to worry but that's it, could my ebv have caused lymph nodes in all those parts?

EBV does cause generalized lymphadenopathy, but nodes in the neck are usually most prominent.

CT scan showed non specified borderline enlarged mesenteric lymph nodes in the RT lower quadrant, my uterus and cervix appears bulky and heterogenous.
Is measurement of 1.5 x 1.1 x 0.4 cm for cervical lymph node concerning? Was told it had moderately thickened cortex and most likely reactive. Was sick ~2-3 weeks ago and bloodwork came back showing I likely had EBV at some point in the past 6 month?
I've got a aggressive lytic process in cervical spine. Fevers at night, weight loss and just tested + for EBV. Lymph nodes swelled.
Doctors found multiple lymph nodes stuck together in my neck. Sending me for ENT and CT Scan. 1.5cm in size.. What could cause this? Should I worry?
