B/w showed mono. my left supaclavical lymph node is swollen.but gone down in size over the past month. ct scan came back good. should i have a biospy?

See below: I would keep a very close eye on it. The fact that it's improving is a good sign and mono can make your LB swell. If it doesn't go completely away in the next few weeks, I would be evaluated and at least have an ultrasound done.
