Would a full body angiogram ct scan show if their we're cancerous swollen lymph nodes?

Probably: Ct scans would show enlarges nodes in the neck, chest and abdomen. Visualization of the chest and abdomen can be improved by vascular contrast agents which is technically not an angiogram. Abdominal images are also more specific if you drink oral contrast to delineate bowel structures as compared to potental nodes.
