I have had swollen lymph nodes for 6 weeks now.. blood test can back wbc high rbc low. ct didn't show anything.. cervical lymph nodes 1.3 and 1.8cm.. ?

Need more info: Cervical lymph nodes can enlarge after an infection, but usually u have fever, pain, & misery that goes along with an infection. Infection can cause high WBC and low RBC; however, other worrisome causes exist. Some infx last 6 wks, but usually they resolve in that time. More blood tests may b needed, but ultimately u need tissue (biopsy or excision) to make a diagnosis. TTYD or surgeon about it.
