I have swollen lymph nodes in my lower back area, what can it be?just had an mri done and that was the diagnosis now i'm waiting to get a ct scan.

Some infections can be serious however, such as tb. Rarely cancer can present as enlarged nodes (lymphoma, hodgkin disease), so, a biopsy/removal and further lab analysis may be necessary to determine cause.
