I was discharged from the hospital several months ago with ttp and acute kidney failure. my bun, creatinine, and gfr are now within normal range. can i expect to be cleared for a normal diet (vs the current renal diet) soon?

If your kidney function fully recovers by those parameters, you can resume your normal diet. Definitely, there is no need for renal diet when your kidney function is normalized and I can tell you that for sure because I am a kidney specialist.
