While there might be facility recommended values based on specific lab ranges for troponin it remains unusual for decision to discharge with a trending up troponin. Make sure you keep your current cardiologist informed, return to ER if symptoms worsen.

While a 30% obstruction in the LAD doesn't sound concerning and even if troponins are not elevated, we don't usually discharge the patient if the history of symptoms is consistent with unstable coronary artery disease. Such a patient would be admitted to a monitored unit and started on SOP as a possible preinfarction angina or acute coronary artery insufficiency patient for at least 24 hours.
