The normal range of Troponin varies by laboratories, between hospitals and countries, so we can not say much about these numbers and we do not know besides your age and gender if you have risks factors for CAD such as smoking, taking meds for blood pressure or lipid problem and if you were given any medication for chest pain or just Omeprazole for possible GERD pain.

Troponin considered normal up to a level of 14ng/L in the UK. Remember that your troponin levels do not exclude the heart as the source of chest pain. In order fr the troponins to be elevated, you need to have heart damage. Recurrent chest pain requiring ECG and troponin twice in a month calls for more urgent steps to rule out coronary disease. Coronary angiography is indicated. Good luck.
