I had a ct myelogram. report says "there is a 6 mm groundglass nodule in the right lower lobe and a 7 mm groundglass nodule in the left upper lobe also, right renal calculus measuring up to 4 mm. do i need to follow up on this? which doctor treats?

The Dr to see depends on the cause(s) of you nodules and stone. Were you ever a spelunker? Had tuberculosis or histoplasmosis. I would work with your GP to start with. Need skin testing is my hunch.
