The fibrosis and : Atelectasis isnt anything to worry about, just some lung tissue collapsed on itself and scarring. The ground glass nodule is something that may need longer term follow up to make sure it doesnt grow. These can be due to something called atypical adenomatous hyperplasia (aah).
