Ask your PCP: The CT scan was done for a reason, and ordered by a practitioner. I hope you are following up with them. As you will find on most search engines, pleural tags are often associated with cancer, and ground glass nodules may be. Regarding radon, and your other very appropriate questions, best to query your own doctors.
