See your dermatologist for confirmation of your suspicions. If this is true, various steroid creams might lessen the redness and swelling. Also, there are devices that act to displace the pressure on your ear while sleeping. I have had good success with a steroid tape that may be placed on the affected area. Intralesional cortisone can also work well.
