When i sleep on my left side i get a bad head ache so i tried to go to the right but i get real dizzy when i do can any one help ?

Sleeping dizzy/ H/A: Go to ER today to be evaluated . May be carotid, vascular or cardiac but will need to do imaging.Please go to ER today. usually dizzy occurs on standing due to gravity/autonomic effects so dizzy while lying down,when there is an increase in blood return is a concern.
